Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box orange jello
1 can frozen orange juice
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

In saucepan, heat gelatin, jello and pineapple until gelatin is melted. Take off stove and add buttermilk, Cool Whip and orange juice.
Pour into bowl and let stay in refrigerator until set. This makes a big salad.
