Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 baked potatoes
    Mozzarella cheese, grated
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    bacon bits
    sour cream
    green onions
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half, scoop out some of the potato.
    Deep fry until brown.
    Place potatoes on baking sheet, top with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
    Garnish with green onions and bacon bits.
    Serve with sour cream on the side.
