Spanish Wane Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white rice
    3 1/4 c. water
    4 Tbsp. small kidney beans
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 pkg. sazon (yellow rice)
    4 Tbsp. Goya frozen sofrito
Preparation
    Rinse the starch off of the white rice and place it in a microwave-safe dish. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Microwave for 15 minutes, then stir. Continue to microwave for 35 minutes or until rice is tender.
