Lefse(Norwegian Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes
    1/2 c. sweet cream (I use half and half)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    flour to roll thin (about 2 1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, mash very fine and add cream, butter and salt. Beat until light and cool.
    Add flour.
    Take piece of dough and roll as for pie crust, rolling as thin as possible.
    Bake on top of grill (one at a time), until light brown, turning frequently, to prevent scorching.
    Use very hot griddle or in 12-inch skillet (475\u00b0).
