Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 to 3/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder.
    Mix the oil and 1/2 cup of warm water together.
    Mix the flour mixture and the water mixture together.
    Add a tablespoon of water at a time to the flour mixture until the dough can be gathered into a ball. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
    Divide dough into 12 portions; shape into balls.
    On a lightly floured surface, roll each ball into a 7-inch round.
    Cook in ungreased skillet over medium heat for about 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until lightly browned.
    Makes 12 tortillas.
