Guacamole Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large ripe avocados
    1/2 to 1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 to 1 medium tomato, diced
    3 to 4 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    2 small cans diced green chiles
    2 to 4 tsp. lemon-lime juice
Preparation
    Peel and seed avocados.
    In large bowl, mash avocados with potato masher or the back of a fork.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    If not serving, immediately cover with plastic wrap, making sure there are no air bubbles between plastic and guacamole.
