Josephines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Pepperidge Farm bake and serve bread, cut in 1/4-inch slices
1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. chopped green chilies, rinsed of seed
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. soft butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation

Toast bread on one side.
Mix butter, chilies and garlic. Spread on untoasted side of bread.
Top with mixture of mayonnaise and grated cheese.
Broil until brown and puffy.
Serve at once.
