Pinto Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 can pinto beans or 2 c.
1 Tbsp. steak sauce
1 box Jiffy corn bread
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup
1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
Add tomato sauce.
When hot, add steak sauce and catsup to meat mixture.
Put pinto beans in an 8 x 10-inch casserole dish.
Pour meat mixture on top of beans.
Top with corn muffin mix (mix as directed on package). Bake at 400\u00b0 until corn bread has baked and a nice brown color. Serve with a salad and you have a good meal.
