Egg Drop Soup(Chinese) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chicken broth plus 2 c. water or 4 c. homemade chicken broth
1 Tbsp. green onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 thin slice ginger root
1/2 tsp. sherry
2 eggs
Preparation
-
Beat eggs along with sherry.
Place in saucepan the chicken broth plus water, salt and ginger slice.
Bring to boil and remove ginger slice.
Pour beaten eggs/sherry in thin stream into boiling soup while stirring.
Remove from heat immediately.
Garnish with green onion.
Serve hot.
