Cheddar And Jalapeno Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. cream cheese
6 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
6 oz. fresh, semi-hot green chiles, stemmed, seeded and minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 dashes Worcestershire
2 dashes Tabasco
1 dash cayenne pepper
3 scallions, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a blender or food processor, whip all ingredients together until smooth and light.
If too thick, thin with a little milk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
Wonderful with tortilla chips.
