Pinwheels(Prep Time 15 Minutes Before Refrigerating) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O (any flavor)
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Spray 8 or 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
    Mix gelatin and water in 1 1/2 to 2-quart microwavable bowl and microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.
    Stir to dissolve completely.
    Add marshmallows; zap 1 minute or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted.
    Stir mixture slowly until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is smooth.
    (Creamy layer, floats on top.)
    Pour into greased pan.
    Refrigerate 45 minutes or until set.
    Starting at one edge, roll up tightly.
    With seam side down, cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Makes 10 to 12 pieces.
