Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
3 whole eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Pour milk over coconut.
Let stand while mixing the next part. Cream butter, eggs and sugar.
Add soaked coconut and vanilla. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; then bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until set.
