Pfeferouladen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless round steak
    mustard
    bacon
    onions
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Have round steak sliced very thin, less than 1/4-inch.
    Cut into strips 2-inches wide and 4-inches long.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Spread lightly with mustard.
