Holli'S Crumbly Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 16 oz. bags mixed vegetables (Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
    2 cup cubed vegetable cheese
    2 paper pkgs. of Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 stick of margarine
Preparation
    Cook vegetables for 5 minutes and drain well.
    Place vegetables in a 9 x 13 pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over top of vegetables.
    Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
