Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Add buttermilk; knead well.
    Roll dough on flat floured surface.
    Spread sausage over dough.
    Roll into loaf and slice.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden brown.
