Easy Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs
1/2 c. milk
5 slices bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. dry onion flakes
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 lb. cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
1 small can chopped green chilies (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk, then add salt and onion flakes.
Spread bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Pour egg mixture over all items in the pan.
Cover pan with foil and either refrigerate overnight or bake now.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes or until eggs are completely cooked.
Cut into squares to serve 6 to 8.
