Al'S Wild Meat Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. rabbit
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. water
1/2 lb. squirrel
1 Tbsp. pure chili powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
-
Grind rabbit and squirrel meat.
Cook until tender and brown. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Add water slowly while stirring.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
