Sausage Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. finely chopped apples
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and press in ring mold to shape.
    Bake on a pie plate or in pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve on platter with broiled peaches around mold and scrambled eggs in the center of the ring.
