Easy Asian Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) ribeye steak
    1 tsp. dark sesame oil, divided in half
    1 c. sliced green onions
    2 c. packaged cabbage and carrot cole slaw
    2 (2.8 oz.) beef flavored Ramen noodle soup
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak; cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
    Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add steak and onions; stir-fry 1 minute. Remove steak mixture from skillet; keep warm.
    Heat remaining 1/2 teaspoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add slaw; stir-fry 30 seconds.
    Remove slaw from skillet; keep warm.
    Remove noodles from package; reserve 1 season packet for another use.
    Add water and remaining seasoning packet to skillet; bring to a boil.
    Break noodles in half; add noodles to water mixture.
    Cook noodles 2 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently.
    Stir in steak mixture, slaw and soy sauce; cook until thoroughly heated.
    Makes 2 servings (2 cup size). Points: 10.
