Round Steak With Rich Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef round steak (1-inch thick)
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 envelope (about 1 1/2 oz.) dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Sprinkle one side of meat with half the flour; pound in.
Turn meat and pound in remaining flour.
Cut meat into 6 to 8 serving pieces.
