Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 C. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 small onion, diced
    cracker crumbs, grated cheese, French fried onions
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed on package. Drain well. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cooked broccoli in a casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese or cracker crumbs. (I use both and sometimes add French fried onions). Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
