Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin steaks, sliced thin
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced or whole
    1 c. sliced onions
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. light cream
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    On medium heat, brown butter in skillet.
    Add steak and onions, stirring to cook evenly.
    Add mushrooms; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Slowly add cream and stir. Cook 5 to 10 minutes longer.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
