Crock-Pot Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 potatoes, peeled and cut up
    2 to 3 carrots, peeled and cut up
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 to 4 lb. brisket, rump roast or pot roast
    1/2 c. water or beef consomme
Preparation
    Put vegetables in bottom of crock-pot.
    Salt and pepper meat, then put in pot over vegetables.
    Add liquid.
    Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
