Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chopped apples (approximately 4 regular size)
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box confectioners sugar

Preparation

Cream oil and sugar.
Add eggs, flour, cinnamon, apple pie spice and vanilla.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) round pans (well-greased).
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool.
