Overnight Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast halves
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. commercial sour cream
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook chicken (other parts of chicken can be used) and salt until tender, about 1 hour.
    Let cool.
    Remove skin, debone and coarsely chop.
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well, then place in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine undiluted soup, sour cream, sherry, paprika, mustard, curry powder and mayonnaise; pour 1/2 of soup mixture over broccoli.
    Arrange chicken over sauce.
    Top with remaining sauce.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes.
