Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    milk to moisten
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Pare and slice potatoes.
    Boil just until tender in just enough water to cover.
    Drain.
    Add soup, margarine and milk. Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly (about 25 minutes).
    Top with grated cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella, your preference).
    Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
