Butter Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast or 2 1/4 tsp. in 1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. margarine, melted
1 c. warm water
3 eggs, beaten or 2 eggs plus 1 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

When shortening is melted, cool and add beaten eggs, yeast and water.
Mix well.
Add sugar and then flour and salt.
Beat 1 minute.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
