Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium cucumbers, sliced thin
    4 c. white vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Pack cucumbers tightly in jars.
    Mix up syrup and pour over cucumbers.
    Let stand for 5 days in refrigerator before eating. After opening jar, keep refrigerated.
