Pork Chop Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears in butter sauce
    4 (1/2 to 3/4-inch) pork chops
    2 tsp. oil
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    In bowl of hot water, thaw unopened pouch of broccoli for 15 minutes.
    Lightly sprinkle chops with ginger.
    Brown in oil. Remove.
