No Cholesterol Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, mix in order given.
    Beat 30 to 40 strokes. Bake in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased and floured pan for 30 to 40 minutes or until done, at 350\u00b0.
    Cover with Cool Whip or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Uses no oil and no eggs.
    Very good.
    Will be quite moist.
