Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread crumbs (made from stale French bread, grated)
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    2 c. seedless raisins
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into 2-quart square baking dish. Bake uncovered.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 to 10.
