Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. pimientos (2 oz. jar)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Boil sugar and vinegar.
Take off stove and add oil.
Pour over kraut mixture and toss.
