Soup Tortellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loose Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
    1 c. minced onions
    2 cloves garlic
    5 c. beef broth
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. red wine
    2 c. (large can) peeled tomatoes
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. sliced zucchini
    8 oz. tortellini
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    10 peppercorns
    1 can chickpeas with liquid
    1 can Italian green beans, drained
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a large pot separating into small pieces. Saute onion and garlic.
    Add beef broth, water, wine, carrots, basil, oregano, tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley and peppercorns. Simmer 1 hour.
    Add zucchini and tortellini and simmer 30 to 40 more minutes.
    Add chickpeas and green beans the last 10 minutes.
