Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    potatoes, cubed (approximately 2 c.)
    chopped carrots (as much as desired)
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    3 Tbsp. tapioca (instant)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    V-8 juice
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in 5-quart Dutch oven, using enough V-8 juice to cover meat and vegetables.
    Mix, cover and place in oven at 250\u00b0 and cook for 5 hours.
