Pumpkin Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling mix (not packed pumpkin)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese.
Beat until well blended.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
To serve, let it soften and put into a very small, hulled out pumpkin with gingersnap cookies around the pumpkin.
