Pimiento Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, cubed
1 (7 oz.) jar pimiento
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Soften the
bread in milk.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour
into
a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
