Tangy Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

1/2 c. jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 c. no-salt added tomato paste
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. cider vinegar
4 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves
Preparation

Line an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish with aluminum foil; set aside.
Combine first 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender.
Top with cover and process until mixture is smooth. Brush mixture evenly over both sides of chicken; reserve remaining mixture.
Place chicken, bone side up, in prepared dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Turn chicken and brush with remaining cranberry mixture.
Bake, uncovered, an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
