Lemon Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves or 2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. halved green or red grapes
1/2 c. halved Chinese pea pods
1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion
Preparation
-
Mix mayo, basil, juice and peel in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
Serve on lettuce lined platter. Makes 4 servings.
