Hominy Grits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans yellow hominy grits, drained
crushed Fritos or potato chips
4 c. salted water
1 roll garlic cheese
1 stick oleo
1 beaten egg
Preparation

Boil grits in water for 5 minutes.
Drain off water and add garlic cheese, oleo and egg.
Stir.
Pour into casserole dish which has been greased.
Cover with chips.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
