Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, cut up
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 c. water
    2 c. milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. celery
Preparation
    Put potatoes and onion in water; cook 20 minutes.
    Mix sour cream, flour, salt and pepper.
    Add sour cream mixture, milk, bouillon, butter and celery.
    Cook and stir over medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Cook over low 5 to 10 minutes more.
