Festive Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. chopped ripe bananas
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mix and sift flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in nuts.
Beat eggs slightly.
Combine with oil, extract, bananas and undrained pineapple.
Add to dry ingredients; mix thoroughly, but do not beat.
Spoon into well oiled 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand.
