Swiss Egg Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. sharp yellow cheese, grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 pt. half and half cream (2 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Beat last 4 ingredients well together.
    Pour over cheese. Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then turn oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes.
