Cheese And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small heads cauliflower
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3 oz. cream cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook whole heads of cauliflower in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain and cut into small pieces.
    Arrange in a buttered casserole dish.
    Cream together remaining ingredients and pour over cauliflower.
    Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4 to 6.
