Creamy Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten light and fluffy
2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. cream or evaporated milk
1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat eggs.
Blend together cornstarch and sugar.
Combine with eggs.
Add this to the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
Place dish in a pan of water.
Bake for about 50 minutes or until custard is set.
