Keema Mattar(Ground Meat With Fresh Peas) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. yogurt
1 c. fresh green peas
1 tsp. garam masala
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat butter and fry onion until soft. Add garlic and ginger. Fry until onion is golden. Add turmeric and chili powder, stirring for a few seconds.
Add meat, frying until meat changes color. Stir in yogurt and peas. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Add garam masala and continue cooking until meat and peas are tender.
