Chocolate Swirl Divinity - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation

In heavy 2-quart saucepan, stir together sugar, corn syrup, water and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Cook without stirring until temperature on candy thermometer reaches 250\u00b0 or until small amount of mixture dropped into very cold water forms a ball which is hard enough to hold its shape, yet elastic.
Remove from heat.
