Mom'S Apple Betty - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cornbread (already baked)
apples (soft), sliced
1 box raisins
butter
cinnamon
Preparation

Put a layer of crumbled cornbread in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish (omit crust if hard).
Put a layer of apples over top of crumbs, then a layer of raisins over the top of the apples.
Repeat the procedure until all is used up.
You will have about 3 layers.
Put dabs of butter all over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Add about 4 tablespoons of water.
Cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Take out and put in serving dishes and pour milk and sugar over the top.
Delicious.
