Meat Loaf With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium minced onion
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/2 can undiluted tomato soup
    1/2 can undiluted tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Pour sauce over top of meat loaf and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Meanwhile, cook a few potatoes, carrots and onion.
    Add to meat loaf last 5 minutes of cooking, spooning sauce over vegetables. Serve with cornbread.
