Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Longhorn, Colby cheese
4 oz. can chopped jalapeno peppers
1/8 tsp. salt
10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1 c. Longhorn cheese
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except the extra cup of Longhorn cheese).
Spoon some in a tortilla shell.
Wrap up.
Continue until out of ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with 1 cup cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
Makes 5 servings.
