Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk (hot enough to melt shortening)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. yeast (in water)
1/4 c. sugar
plain flour (pour until thick enough)
Preparation

Let rise twice, then roll out.
Makes two big cake pans full.
